Free Consultation
Your free consultation will include discussing and refining your ideas. We will work together to devise a plan for your remodel or renovation that is most suitable for your space, needs and budget. Your free consultation will leave you more knowledgeable and clearer of your options.
Estimate/Design
An estimate will be developed based on your meeting with Torrey, which will include the scope of your project and estimated price. If these look good to you a design fee will collected. You don’t have to hire H2H to do the construction, but if you do, the design fee will be applied as a credit towards your project total. Your design will be created with a computerized software that will allow us to create elevation specs and full-colored 3-D images of what your project will look like when it is finished. You will know exactly what you are getting before we build it.
Construction/Materials
Once a final design has been approved and a contract is signed by you, you will meet to go through your material selections including cabinetry, fixtures, tile, and furnishings. Materials will be ordered and the project start date will be set. During the construction phase, Torrey will keep the lines of communication open between you, the crew and other professional tradesmen associated. Our goal is to complete your project to meet the building schedule, ensure quality and cost control and to ensure all details are finalized.
Completion
Rest assured H2H is dedicated to the highest level of quality. We will do a final walk through with you to be sure all items are finished and that your project meets your highest standards as well as ours.
